By accessing our website or making a booking with Bali Turtle Jewelry Workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our services following any change constitutes your acceptance.
We offer hands-on jewelry-making workshops at our studio located at Jl. Merta Agung, Kerobokan, Kerobokan, Bali. Classes are available daily from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (WITA (GMT+8)). Our current workshops include:
All pricing is displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and includes materials, tools, and expert instruction as described on each workshop page. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; the price confirmed at the time of booking applies to your reservation.
Bookings are made via WhatsApp at +6282266621527. You may also use the booking page on our website to select your workshop, date, time, and participant count before confirming via WhatsApp.
A booking is confirmed once our team acknowledges it via WhatsApp. We aim to confirm all bookings within Within 24 hours. Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance and require a minimum of 1 day's notice.
Free cancellation — you may cancel your booking at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled class start time.
Late cancellations — cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable.
Refund processing — approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
No-shows — guests who do not attend their confirmed booking without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Card payments may be subject to a small service charge. Cash payment (IDR) is preferred for smooth on-site transactions.
Our workshops are open to guests of all ages. Children are welcome to participate in our dedicated Kids Silver Class. Adults accompanying children are responsible for their safety and conduct in the studio.
Workshops involve working with hand tools, heat, and molten metal. If you have a medical condition affecting your hands, wrists, or ability to follow safety instructions, please inform us before booking so we can advise whether the class is suitable for you.
Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors throughout the session.
Photography and video recording of your workshop experience is encouraged. You are welcome to share your photos and creations on social media — we'd love to see them! When posting, please consider tagging us:
Please be considerate of other guests when photographing — avoid including other participants in your images without their permission.
We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if their behaviour endangers themselves, other participants, or the studio team.
Jewelry making involves the use of heat, tools, and molten metal. While our instructors maintain a safe environment and provide full guidance throughout, participants accept that these activities carry an inherent level of risk.
Bali Turtle Jewelry Workshop is not liable for minor injuries (such as small burns or cuts) resulting from a participant's own actions, or for damage to personal property brought into the studio.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, our total liability to any guest in connection with a workshop shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific booking.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of Bali Turtle Jewelry Workshop and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. The jewelry pieces you create during a workshop are yours to keep.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
