What happens
This is the class most guests book. You spend one to two hours at a bench in our open-air Kerobokan studio, working with up to 6 grams of silver to make one piece: usually a ring, though a small pendant or a pair of simple earrings is also possible.
A Balinese silversmith works alongside you through every step: melting and rolling the silver, shaping the band, soldering, sanding, and the final polish. Two workshop leaders move around the room to translate and answer questions. No experience is needed; the silversmith handles the difficult moments so the piece is finished properly.
You take your finished jewelry home the same day. Extra silver is available at IDR 85,000 per gram if your design needs more, and gold plating can be added as an option.
